STEP 1: SUBMISSION OF PAPER
Participants prepare completed papers covering their research until the submission deadline specified in the congress announcements. If there are multiple authors, they reach an agreement on collaboration and authorship permissions. Before the deadline for paper submission, the prepared paper, in accordance with the congress writing rules, can be sent via email to the congress organizing team at golturizmi@gmail.com.
STEP 2: PEER REVIEW PROCESS
The congress organizing team initiates the peer review process after the paper submission period ends. Each paper is evaluated by two referees in terms of originality, scientific quality, methodology, results, and contribution. Based on the evaluation, decisions are made such as acceptance, revision, or rejection of the paper, and they are communicated to the author via email. The completion of the evaluation process generally takes 15-20 days.
STEP 3: FILLING OUT THE FINAL REGISTRATION FORM
